Has been training several gynecologists at the Institute through intensive courses every 3 months, which include didactic sessions, live operative demonstrations, practical training with pelvitrainers, virtual reality simulators.

Has established the Fellowship in Minimal Invasive Surgery at A.V. Hospital, affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. This is 1 & 1/2 year fellowship for gynaecologists with 3years of post- MD/MS experience. Has also been an examiner for the same.
The team of BEST Institute & Research center headed by Dr. Saraswathi Ramesh actively conducts workshop for training Postgraduates on Laparoscopy and instils in their mind the interesting field of Laparoscopy.
